Many thanks to those who have contacted me and offered support and advice. I was rather embarrassed when I discovered that I had not set the right parameters on my items for a single sale. It was just yesterday when two people ordered the same two items and I panicked. That has been fixed now I hope. Most of my items are one of a kind and as such are only available to be sold once.
Another person commented that $20 for shipping was a bit much considering they were local and it was just two souvenir sheets. Sure enough I listed the one sheet as weighing 1000g so the shipping was truly $20. Correcting the weight reduced the shipping to $2.50.
