Per Unitrade: Canada Post issued 200,000 hardbound books in 1999 with 68 of the Millennium stamps, 2 per page. The face value was only $31.28 but the price of the book was $59.95. Due to this faux pas, most stamp catalogues do not recognize these stamps and they are different from the regular issued Unitrade 1818-1834. The stamps from the book are different as the hidden date is larger than the regular issued stamps.
