Collared Post Card – Canada – IOOF (Independent Order Of Foresters), Toronto, Ont. (YRK) used 1898 to Vermont
Note that the collar was in compliance with postal regulations requiring a 1/4″ margin around the stamp where most collars do not comply.
Card is in good condition and, if I do say, is beautiful!!!
